Food, games, dancing…fun for all!
The North Ridgeville Chamber of Commerce hosted its Power of More Oktoberfest 2019 the evening of Oct. 17 at the North Ridgeville VFW Post on Lear Road.
“This is one of our most popular events of the year,” said NR Chamber President Marjorie Snyder as over 100 guests enjoyed great food including brats, beer and wonderful desserts.
“The food was enjoyed, the games were fun and there was a great raffle! A good time was had by all!
Six sponsors made the event possible: O’Neill Healthcare North Ridgeville, Giant Eagle, Bistro 83, Hovey Kaiser Insurance, Van’s Auto Service & Tire Pros and the Rudolph Libbe Group.
The event capped a busy month for the NR Chamber. Marjorie and team went on a membership blitz.
“Thank you to our Membership Committee: Chris Hibsman, Heather Johnson, Cathy Kingsley, Robyn Ringwall, Rebecca True, James Cain, Brent Clay, Matt Hostacky, Georgia Awig, Bud Hagy, Ryan Schulthesis, Jackie Hudgens, Martin DeVries, Gary Lash, Cliff Winkle, Tim Rollins and Matt Nickels for calling on over 75 businesses on October 8. What a BLITZ TEAM!!!!!” said Marjorie. “They dropped off a goody bag and invite to our Oktoberfest on October 17.”
