Message from the Mayor…
Our Parks & Recreation Department strives to meet the needs and interests of our community. During these times of uncertainty with the COVID-19 pandemic, our staff is working diligently to offer a variety of programming in a safe and healthy environment. Please contact our dedicated staff with any suggestions, comments or questions at (440) 353-0860.
In your travels, I am certain you’ve witnessed the many infrastructure projects that are underway in our city. All of these projects are for the betterment of our community and will greatly benefit our residents and those visiting our city. The Center Ridge Road reconstruction project is on schedule for completion of the roadway portion by Thanksgiving. Several other projects that are underway include the expansion of Ranger Way to Bainbridge Road to be completed before school resumes in August; the Ohio Department of Transportation is paving SR 83 from the southern city limits to the northern city limits; sanitary sewer rehabilitation on Broad, Main and Pleasant; and our Service Department is paving 12 residential streets – the complete list can be found on the city’s website. Additional projects including timelines can also be found on our website at www.nridgeville.org.
To learn more about city projects, to ask questions or to hear what others are asking, please join me at one (or all) of my upcoming Coffee and Conversation at City Hall in Council Chambers from 8-9 AM: Tuesday, August 18; Thursday, September 17; Monday, October 19; Tuesday, November 17 and, Wednesday, December 16.
I hope to see you at one of the upcoming events!
Sincerely, Mayor Kevin Corcoran
