Dear Parent/Guardian,
Recently, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine requested all school districts develop an extended school year learning plan to help students who are struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a part of plan development, the district is reaching out to families to gather feedback as to what services might be utilized and when the best time to provide these additional learning opportunities might be.
Your feedback will be extremely helpful as the district develops a plan that accounts for both short and long term support. Because we are a designated point of distribution for the COVID-19 vaccine, servicing multiple schools in Lorain County, there will be no school for students on Friday, March 26. In order to meet the hour requirements for the school year, the district will utilize Monday, May 17, as a regular school day. The district will follow an “A Day” schedule.

RHTA Applications for High School Students
The 2021-2022 school year is quickly approaching. If your student is currently in grades 8-10, is not currently attending Ranger High-Tech Academy, and you would like him/her to be considered for enrollment, the application process is currently open.
The application for RHTA must be completed and submitted by Friday, March 26, 2021. Visit http://bit.ly/3qyx6HK to access the application form.
There will be a virtual information session on Thursday, March 18, from 6-7 p.m. via Zoom for those interested in learning more about the program.
