North Ridgeville City Schools Hires Human Resource Director

The North Ridgeville City Schools Board of Education approved the hiring of Annie Hostetler to become the district’s human resource director on Tuesday, May 11, at a special board meeting. Hostetler is currently the director of alternative education for NRCS and has held the position since the beginning of the 2018-2019 academic year.

“I am ecstatic for the opportunity to continue my work with the North Ridgeville City Schools, specifically overseeing the HR function and establishing strong relationships with the people that make up this great team,” Hostetler said.

Before being hired by NRCS, Hostetler worked at the Brooklyn City School District where she was the high school principal, an assistant principal, and an athletic director.

“The Board of Education believes Ms. Hostetler’s experience is an excellent fit for the human resource director position,” Board of Education President Frank Vacha said. “The board agrees Annie has the capability to create strategies to sustain a positive and successful culture, recruit and hire the best candidates, and build meaningful relationships with staff members.”

“As the district continues to grow, I am confident that Ms. Hostetler’s leadership will help build positive employee relations now and in the future,” Superintendent Roxann Ramsey-Caserio said.
