North Ridgeville 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

North Ridgeville hosted a patriotic 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at Ranger Stadium the morning of September 11, 2021.

Marking the 20th Anniversary of the Nation’s tragedy the city presented a stirring ceremony honoring those who sacrificed so much.

The program included: Host North Ridgeville City Schools Superintendent Roxann Ramsey-Caserio; Keynote speaker: North Ridgeville Mayor Kevin Corcoran; Flag detail: North Ridgeville Police and Fire Honor Guards; National Anthem: North Ridgeville High School Choir; Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence; Patriotic songs led by North Ridgeville High School Choir directed by Sarah Miller; Invocation: Pastor Kevin Crow of Harvest Ridge Church; Rifle volley: North Ridgeville VFW Post 9871 and Taps: retired North Ridgeville firefighter Lou Simonyi.
