Halloween was a scream at Bistro83 on Sunday, Oct. 30, as the upscale restaurant hosted its first-ever Carnevil & Fun Fair. Guests arrived decked out in their scary best and enjoyed a night of fun, fear and fellowship and food. The Ohio Burn Unit fire team fired up the crowd with an amazing performance.
