‘Able Not Label’ Opens
Able Not Label is a business run by students and staff in the Intensive Needs program at North Ridgeville High School.
It has launched an outlet that will now be opening a storefront on Center Ridge. This business started with a grant from the NRCS Endowment Fund and is now a self-sustained business serving the community of North Ridgeville and other local schools/businesses.

College Bound Rangers
Last month we held an awards and signing ceremony for all of our college bound athletes and students going into the military! Congratulations, Class of 2023!
District Champs!
It was another big year for the North Ridgeville High ladies softball team. The Rangers advanced to the OHSAA regional tournament for the third straight year, finishing the season with a 17-4 record. The Ranger Varsity softball team defeated Avon to win their District.
Regional round action took them to Clyde high school on May 24 where they lost a 4-2 decision to Anthony Wayne High. A great year for the Lady Rangers, who boast 5 sophomores in the starting lineup. Pitcher Autumn Behlke (13-4) was named Lorain County Pitcher of the Year and Coach Amy McMillan was named Lorain County Coach of the Year. Congratulations Ladies!
SWC Champs!
Congratulations to the North Ridgeville High baseball team. The Rangers captured the Southwestern Conference championship this spring with an 11-1 record. The big game saw the Rangers top Avon Lake, 9-6 in the title match. The Rangers showed it was a family effort for 10 exciting innings. Congrats to @Ethanreyn9 with a huge 2 run pinch hit, @GavinPadgett2 who threw for 5 innings to end the game, and a huge championship relay by @GipperBrendan and @Abright1224 finished with a clutch tag by @TroyDuke19. An instant classic. The Rangers then went on to tournament play but lost, 7-0, to Strongsville, ending a great season. They finished the year with a sterling 19-7 record. Coach Matt Ponting was named 2023 Southwestern Conference coach of the year! All are.proud of these boys for all the hard work they’ve put in this year and for the seniors and their 4 years of commitment They have. put this program back on the map.
JV Softball Wins SWC Tournament
The future is bright for the North Ridgeville High softball team! The Ranger JV Softball team won the Southwestern Conference JV Softball tournament two weeks ago, topping Avon in extra innings. These girls will now join the district championship varsity squad, which has 5 sophmores in the starting lineup. The Ranger varsity has now won three district titles in a row and look to keep the excellence going in the foreseeable future.
