On March 19, voters will be asked to consider Issue #8, a 1.91 mill renewal levy which will provide operating revenues for the North Ridgeville Branch Library. Operating revenues are used for building maintenance and renovation, maintaining and growing the collection of books and other loaned items, program supplies, technology, staffing and more.
