NRCS District Announces Multiple Administrative Appointments for 2025–2026

North Ridgeville City Schools is proud to announce several key administrative appointments for the 2025–2026 school year, reinforcing the district’s commitment to continued growth and excellence.

Dr. Rob Winton has been named Assistant Principal at North Ridgeville High School. With a wealth of leadership experience, Dr. Winton brings valuable insight and a student-centered approach to his new role. He has served as Principal of Rocky River High School since 2015 and previously held the position of Associate Principal at Chagrin Falls High School. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Cleveland State University and holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Findlay. His proven leadership will be a strong asset to the high school administrative team.

Mr. Ryan Longwill

Mr. Ryan Longwill will join the district as the new Coordinator of Fiscal Services, strengthening the operations of the Treasurer’s Office. He most recently served as Assistant Treasurer for Parma City Schools and brings extensive financial expertise from his previous work in the private sector. Mr. Longwill will work closely with newly appointed Treasurer Wendy Fanta to enhance the district’s financial operations and ensure strong fiscal stewardship.

Mrs. Denise Burns

Ms. Denise Burns has been appointed as the new Transportation Supervisor. With a background in both education and management, she previously served as Principal and Preschool Director at St. Leo the Great in Cleveland. Ms. Burns brings valuable experience in leading large teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. In her new role, she will oversee daily transportation operations and prioritize the safety and well-being of all district bus riders.

Ms. Karli Schroeder has been officially named Director of Operations for North Ridgeville City Schools. Since joining the district in August 2024, she has quickly established herself as a key member of the administrative team. Her strong organizational skills and strategic mindset led to her appointment as Interim Director of Operations in January 2025. Ms. Schroeder holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Development from Bowling Green State University and brings valuable experience from her previous role as Director of Operations at a marketing and advertising firm. Her consistent leadership, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to operational excellence have made a lasting impact, and we are thrilled to welcome her into this role on a permanent basis.
