Ranger Field Day is a Hit!
The North Ridgeville School District hosted a Ranger Field Day featuring students in grades K-12 on May 5. It was a fun day filled with great competition!
“It was a wonderful day and the stadium radiated goodness and pure joy and, thankfully, sun! Next year, I really think we should do it big, and use it as a way to fundraise for awesome additions to sensory rooms and or classrooms for intensive needs kiddos! It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of, it gave this mama’s heart a lot of love to be able to sit in the stands and cheer for their child, doing things with the community and being celebrated for being their beautifully unique self!”

Congratulations go out to senior North Ridgeville senior Rachel Mease. Rachel earned 2nd team All Ohio, 1st team All Northeast Ohio, 1st team All Lorain County, 1st team All SWC as well as D1 senior player of the year for Lorain County! Way to go Rae!

Congratulations to eighth-grader Alex Reese for placing 4th at state in the 200m hurdles at the May 15th state meet!
On Stage with the NRHS Drama Club
The North Ridgeville High School drama club returned to the stage with an outstanding performance of Magical Moments, a musical revue, in May. The production was lived-streamed to an enthusiastic audience of viewers over several days, keeping the drama club vibrant through spring school semester.
ECLC Earns 5-Star Rating
The Early Childhood Learning Community was awarded a Step Up to Quality 5-Star Rating by the State of Ohio for meeting the quality standards established by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and the Ohio Department of Education.
Step Up to Quality is a Five-Star Tiered Quality Rating and Improvement System created to recognize and promote early learning and development programs that meet quality standards over and above the health and safety licensing requirements.
The program standards are based on national research identifying standards that lead to improved outcomes for children.
