North Ridgeville Heart & Sole Health Collaborative Expands Indoor Walking to Morning Hours

North Ridgeville Heart & Sole collaborative is expanding indoor walking this season to both morning and evening hours. Residents are invited to keep active and walk indoors at LCCC University Partnership Ridge Campus, 32121 Lorain Road, during the following days and times.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays, 5 – 7 p.m.
  • Fridays, 8:30 – 10:30 a.m.

Indoor walking will take place Oct.1, 2025 – Mar. 30, 2026. Enter through the building’s main doors and sign-in at the table each visit. Walking takes place on the second floor- use the stairs or elevator to access the second floor. Approximately 16 laps is equal to one mile.

No cost to participate. All ages and abilities are welcome to attend. If the building is closed due to holiday closure or weather, indoor walking is canceled. Check the Heart & Sole Facebook page for updates on closures. Dates for indoor walking at Liberty Elementary School will be announced later in the season.

  • Borrow a travel-size blood pressure kit from North Ridgeville Branch Library – all you need is a library card.
