Fire Department: Record Calls in 2025

2025 was a record-breaking year for us, continuing the upward trend in call volume.

North Ridgeville Firefighter/Paramedics responded to 6,057 calls for service, averaging just under 17 calls per day.

38% of those calls were overlapping incidents, meaning at least one company was already committed to another emergency.

All Fire/EMS responses come from our two stations based on location:

Fire Station 1: 7000 Ranger Way

Fire Station 2: 34523 Lorain Rd.

Throughout 2025—especially during the holidays—we were overwhelmed by the support shown from the community. From food and desserts to cards and simple thank-yous, every visit from individuals, families, and organizations did not go unnoticed. Thank you, North Ridgeville. We truly appreciate your support.
